About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Media professional to join our team. In this role, you will support and execute innovative marketing strategies, manage digital/social media platforms, and contribute to brand growth through data-driven campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, media trends, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and partnerships) to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu) through compelling content, scheduling, and community engagement.
Create marketing materials (e.g., short videos, testimonials, posters) using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance; analyze data to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, account management) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Assist in budget management and reporting on KPIs for senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in marketing/digital media
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written communication in English and Chinese
