Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of existing retail centers (20+), ensuring optimal performance
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords. Monitor and manage lease compliance, handle renewals, and address landlord’s issues proactively.
- Create and implement tailored leasing strategies for multiple new center developments, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords to ensure favorable terms and minimize total rental outlay.
- Stay updated on retail market trends and consumer demands in Hong Kong and China to inform leasing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments (design, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of new centres and efficient tenancy fit-outs.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in retail leasing and/or retail center management.
- In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong and China retail landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full operational lifecycle of retail centres.
- Established relationships with landlords and key stakeholders in Hong Kong and China.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
